This is currently hosted on a Yahoo!/GeoCities free account and has bandwidth limitations, so you might not be able to see it depending on traffic. Keep trying. I'll send the images to Mark Bulgier soon, so you won't have to deal with that issue long. The same deal applies as with the other catalogs -- anyone who would like the images is free to use them, just give me credit for the scans.

Ted Ernst -- I haven't forgotten your copy of the Lewis catalog -- I just haven't found the time to get to the copy shop.
