I believe the TA bolts for the TA Pro crank, the ones that need a 4mm allen key, will fit.
Perhaps Bicycle Specialties has them.

\r?\n> Yes it is indeed the 3 arm crank of which you speak and can be seen
\r?\n> here:

\r?\n> I couldn't believe it myself and was surprised that the ones I
\r?\n> bought on
\r?\n> ebay didn't fit. I pulled one from my bike and measured it with dial
\r?\n> calipers and was AGAIN surprised to see the .354" reading!

\r?\n> There was a three-arm Grand Sport crank which appeared on the Raleigh

\r?\n> boltsthan the Campy NR/SR five arm cranks? That surprises me,
\r?\n> although I

\r?\n> Yes, 9mm in diameter, not the normal 10mm. I have a '78 Raleigh

\r?\n> online,
