Indeed, Mike at ANT crafted a spoon brake for the wood "tubed" with copper hardware bike he had on display at NAHBS not long ago. Yes, the wheels had wood rims. Must be a picture out there...

Yes! Good photo, too. Don't stop at the spoon, folks -- there's lots of goo d bike in this small area.
