Tyler:

I will be interested to see if anyone agrees with me, but I think that internal top tube cable tunnel has been added by someone other than Olmo. I have never seen that style treatment on an Olmo and, I hate to add, is awful! If it were mine, that would get removed and restored to smooth...The shifter bosses and water bottle mounts may also have been added. It is pre-investment cast (although Olmo stuck with stamped lugs longer than many). I think the frame is mid-to-late 1970s.

Hey Everybody,

I was wondering if anyone out there might be able to help me date an Olmo frame I recently purchased. Images are currently located here --> http://ale.ph/postpix/olmo/ <-- I apoligize for the quality and redundency of some of these images, but I wasn't sure what to take photos of. If anyone needs more images to help identify this frame, please let me know.

Thanks for your time, bandwidth, and help.
