Kevin; Just thought I'd add my two cents. I've only purchased a few small items from Bob over the years, but I've talked to Bob a few times, and in my years on the list this is the only time Bob's name was ever mentioned in a negative way. I've needed advice on a few projects, etc and Bob has always been a great help.

I would also like to add that I have had several interactions with Bob since purchasing one of the Jack Taylor tandem frames in November of last year. He has been more than helpful in providing advice, machining various shims, and has always being exceedingly fair and forthright in all transactions. (For instance, he rebated shipping charges when there was a mixup which was not his fault.) Of course, I know nothing about Michael's experience but thought I would put this out there.
