You'll need a clamp that's somewhat L-shaped (for lack of a better description) to bolt to the boss. it's designed to allow a headlamp with the appropriate matching bracket to slide over the "leg" of the L. I can take a pic of both if my verbiage only produces additional confusion (wouldn't be a first).

Most of the generator/dynamo sets of the post-war period came with all the appropriate hardware. Miller and the Sturmey Archer set for the Dynohub are two. And I can take more pics if needed.

That's a TA part - a /serrage de selle no 368/. They appear on our favorite electronic flea market rather regularly, but I've never seen just parts for them.
