There have been a few posts recently relating to South London and I spotted an advert in a 1962 Sporting Cyclist for the Hearnville Cycle Co. of Balham S.W.12. They imported "top French Marques" Sauvage, Dilecta, Special CNC, Chapliat, Jean Thomann and Alcyon. They also sold Helyett, Urago, Bertin, Dossche, Devos, Pereloso, Alpes, Grandini, Frejus, Cinelli, Fiorelli, Carlton, Leader, Jensen etc.!! It must have been quite an Alladin's cave. I bet Mick spent some time with his nose pressed against the window. Ray Green, Brighton, England.
