An Ebay seller by the name of vintage_bike1976 posted several nice Legnano downtube decals or "transfers" on Ebay about a week ago and checking the completed search, one of those ended with zero bids. Perhaps you could contact him and arrange a private sale. Check Ebay item #7234157764, the auction is over, but it still shows in the advance search, completed listing.
