I have a fairly fresh set on mine and can take measurements and photos when I get home.

If you find that you do have some, I'd like a pair, too. In my case, they're for Sidi Titaniums, but I think all Sidis of that period used the same system (three bolts in a line, the two outer ones small and located such that the heads were obliterated by the time the cleats were worn, necessitating a fair amount of surgery to extract them, and the cleats were curved a little differently than the base plates, which caused them to tend to break along the slot).

Loved/love those shoes, though.
