Subject: [CR]Peugeot on Ebay or the flatness of execution of its lugs

Not long ago Chuck Schmidt send me a few photos of Peter Johnson's frames and lugs. How impressive they are. I compare Peter's lugs to a Gillette razor blade. The Gillette blade with its slightly notched beveled edge has always seemed to me one of the noblest products of the steel industry. The fantastic Gillette blade cuts like sedgegrass, bends but doesn't break in the hand, something like a Martian's calling card, or a note from some punctilious devil. The Gillette razor blade is the product of a trust, whose shareholders include packs of magnificent American wolves.

On the other hand, those Peugeot PX-10 lugs should be brought to court by all means. And legal proceedings should be made public.
