Eldi makes, or at least made, a special oversized bottoming tap and oversized crank puller for this. Good luck finding one.
If you just need to get it apart, however, it isn't going to be too hard. Just use a hammer and punch! Set the crank and cup on top of a bench vise, with the spindle dangling down (but not clamped) betwixt the vise jaws, then use a hammer and punc to drive the spindle down and out. Use a fat punch so you won't damage the threads in the spindle.
