Joe - Thanks for the assessment. I was somewhat surprised by the quality of this frame as well since my other BSA frame is not on quite on par with this one by any measure. Hopefully some of our British list members will have some insight.
Do you recall seeing the raised BSA on the bottom bracket on non-BSA frames? I realize that's not a location you'd typically see but thought I'd check.
