We're getting tricky here. 26x1-1/4 in our American parlance usually meant E.A.1 26x1-3/8 usually meant E.A.3 They made both size tires in both rim sizes. So it's critical to make sure we're all on same page. Hope this helps to solve any wrong shipping or exchange cost before the
fact.
