Once you have cleaned and rubbed your old frame so that the tiny cracks in the paint no longer show because all the dirt has been cleaned out, what is the best way to clean the dirt that edges around old unsealed decals? And once the dirt on those is cleaned, can you just clear coat over everything to preserve some of your hard work?
