Martin Appel outted what a seller calls a 40s/50s Frejus on EbayGermany that can be seen at: 110032193338

1. Does anyone know from when to when that style of ttt stem was made? This one appears to have "1949" on it, yet it also appears to have both ttt and Ambrosio suggesting a transition period later than 1949.

2. Two of my old Italian bikes have forks crowns and seat clusters exactly like this Frejus. Does anyone know who made those fork crowns and seat clusters?
