i'm unsure about the fork crown, but my 1951 Girardengo has the same seat lug, http://www.tourgallerie.de/cpg132/albums/userpics/10007/thumb_Sattelmuffe1.jpg (bolt mount has been added later, of course), in Wooljersey there is a Rabeneick with it http://www.wooljersey.com/gallery/falk/album159/raben_09.jpg.html

and i've seen Cinellis with the same one. I got a catalogue from 1952 with some "Malaguti" lugs in it... might be these. a set of Malaguti lugs was 19.50 DM, a set of Nervex costed 21.- DM :)
