i'm unsure about the fork crown, but my 1951 Girardengo has the same
seat lug,

and i've seen Cinellis with the same one. I got a catalogue from 1952 with some "Malaguti" lugs in it... might be these. a set of Malaguti lugs was 19.50 DM, a set of Nervex costed 21.- DM :)
