I had a frame resprated recently by Mario Vaz of Hither Green, SE London. I think he used to work for Claud Butler. probably not the most durable enameling in the world, mine has already a couple of chips but incredibly good value at around £40 for frame and forks. price includes shot blasting. his number is 02088520711
It might take the fun out of it but youd probably get better results than spraying it yourself.
