I think it's a Superissima, which I believe first appeared in '82 or
thereabouts. Unfortunately, the only example I could find on the web
was at Rydjor Bike Shop's collection page, and that's gone missing with
their new web design. The Superissima had chrome head tube lugs and a
chrome fork, plus the fork crown and seat stay engraving match.

Like the previous response said, you could get almost anything. Pick a
