In case anyone missed the "wink", Peter is a good friend. I don't think there are any framebuilders out there that are better than Peter (flip side is that there are framebuilders out there that are as good as Peter). But to be honest here, I think that Harlan (Hi-=19

E®) was a little too far out there as a parts/component designer and

most of his stuff was pretty marginal as far as durablity and practicality (check the archives for other's thoughts and experiences).
