Based on some supplementary info from Bob Hanson I'm going to go for item 320118255748 . Living in London it can be quite difficult to get second hand old bikes so getting an Allvit from one may be difficult, all the couriers are snapping them up to build fixed wheels out of them (probably throwing away all the unwanted components in the process). The 70s Huret I pointed out is the same as one of the late 70s Raleigh parts that were used as replacements when the originals were damaged, it's useful to know that it a Challenger as unlike the Allvit it doesn't have it written on the outer plate.
