You're right of course, must have been past my bedtime last night, as I had it backwards. The spider length was identical on 144 and 151, but the holes on the 151 are at a larger diameter, so it is the 151 that has a lot of room between the spider arms and the bolt holes, whereas the bolt holes on the 144 rings are pretty darned close to the ends of the spider arms. So this is definitely a 151 crank, just as you say. Sorry for creating confusion.

I have a 45 tooth Sugino small ring on it to preserve these aging knees. Bike comes with the original Campy 49 tooth [1/2 step] small ring. Very nice looking bike, fortunately too small for me. I do have one qusetion - are the cranks original? In 1964 the bike would have had the old 151 BCD Campy Record cranks, but these look like 144 BCD Nuovo Record to me. That is, the distance between the spider arms and the bolt holes look too large for a 151 BCD Record. Or maybe it's just my aging eyes.

I just put a couple of bikes up on eBay:

1. A '90s Anchor [Bridgestone] Keirin bike. All NJS, purple and beautiful. I believe these steel lugged beauties are considered KOF. This one definitely fits the bill. Custom made using Columbus EL Keirin tubeset. Never seen another like it.

2. My sweet '64 P10 Schwinn Paramount. All original except repaint sometime in the '80s. I'm her second owner. First owner purchased new at John's Schwinn Cyclery in Pasadena, CA. Of course, everything that could be is Campy!

My seller handle is mando_marc. And I am a perfect genetic match to the seller.
