If you know 30 mm. is too small, grab a cheap one and grind to size. Like the old locomotive adage: PTF,PTM (Pound to fit, paint to match).
Double-ended bench grinders are so useful and relatively inexpensive that I have two: one has coarse and fine wheels, the other has a narrow cutoff wheel and a wire brush...
