Hey Wyndham,

I was watching that E-B Favori, but decided the shipping to the States would likely be prohibitive. As to your question, sending a note to E-B will most assuredly give you a specific date - that's what I did. For reference, my three E-Bs are:

5789 - San Remo Super built 15/11/82

5245 - San Remo Super built 12/1/76

5093 - San Remo built 19/11/74

Although mine are E-Bs, not Favori, I'd bet that the serial numbers were shared between the two lines and that your 5720 places it squarely in 1982.
