Joan's last name is Durdalleur so of course everyone said "derailleur". She has two sons, IIRC Paul and John, who were very good riders in the late 70's. Coincidentally they both rode for Toga.
Dale pointed out Paul Pearson in the photos. Around that time Paul lived in the Durdalleurs' basement.
A few years back John Pergolizzi rented a condo in San Deigo for the Winter and one of his neighbors noticed his bikes. The guy turns out to be Paul Durdalleur.
