I think it's an American product. The headlight suggests it's meant for the road anyway and not the track. The motor is an American "Tecomsa" which would be "Tecumseh" by a better speller. (Tecumseh was a famous Indian chief in the now state of Ohio, who died fighting to keep the whites out of the Northwest Territory.)
