As for your eBay woes, it does seem odd that some will not sell outside the U.S. I certainly can't see what the difficulty would be selling to someone in Canada. However, maybe the Homeland Security Industry is causing a lot of problems. I get much more grief from the border broker bandits and tax collectors when buying stuff from the U.S. than I do from Europe. PayPal sure is slick and practically seamless when paying for eBay items, but they define their own exchange rate at about 2% below actual.
