I have been watching this frameset on Ebay and have a couple of questions about it. Is the white coating failed powder coat? Based on the rusted condition is this frame now compromised? Its certainly above the limit for what I think the value is (based on chrome and repaint costs) Looking forward to seeing Dale and the gang tomorrow evening
