[CR]Earliest Campagnolo short reach brake? SunTour? Shimano?

How early did short reach sidepull brakes appear? Looking at the Campagnolo timeline I see the Gran Sport brake introduced in 1978; the Gran Sports I've seen are short reach. Was this the first short reach Campanolo brake? What about SunTour and Shimano; when were their first short reach brakes?
