I do have an alloy FM shell and an alloy GS arm, but all of the other hardware in our new bathroom will be chrome.

And yes Jerry, we do have cats.

BTW our old bathroom will soon be a very BikeCentric entryway. Along one wall will be a high counter with room under it for 2 bikes (with on-topic non-aero brake cables). Extra electrical outlets above the counter for charging bike lights. Above that, cabinets for panniers and other bags. Pigeonholes for toolkits, inner-tubes, bike lights and gloves. Hooks for helmets, a short piece of closet rod for hanging rain jackets etc. and a wine-rack type setup for water bottles.

The landing outside the door will be 6 feet long with a wooden railing. No more hanging onto the bike, on a 3 foot landing, while digging in bags and pockets looking for the door key.
