been doing some research on another sean yates bike and found this photo of an amateur yates blasting a 10-mile TT.

some things that caught my eye include:

- reversed front brake. pretty common at the time, but what was the range of time this was fashionable? - rear cantilever brakes. i suppose canti's are lighter than sidepulls? - black chainring bolts, black skewers - maybe omas? - single front chainring and top-mount shifter, very british... - double toe straps, black alloy clips - 'emperor sport' frame - anyone know about these? - super-tiny freewheel - what is that, a 12-15? - internal cable routing - pretty early for this, right? - 'home-made' aero levers, minimal bar tape

anyway, i thought it was cool, hope you enjoy it.

cheers,
