As a data point, My 1981 Nishiki Comp II came with cyclone derailleurs and suntour two cut-out braze on shifters, the brakes were dia-comp gran-comp and the cranks were sugino super mighty painted in the "flute" to match the frame (dark blue), drilled rings... 1981 is a reasonable approximation for the year so give or take a year, maybe take 2.. If you are putting togehter an old cyclone group, super mighty might be appropriate.
