Ted, There will be no need to replace the freewheel body, just re-assemble it on the hub after it's respoked.

World tourist extraordinaire Ian Hibel used Regina hubs on high flange Campi hubs. He would carry a nail and a piece of thread instead of a freewheel remover. When he needed to replace a spoke, in the middle of some jungle or desert, he would use the nail and a rock to unscrew the retaining ring. After replacing the spoke he would stick the balls in place with grease and use the thread to hold the pawls in place while he slipped the outer body back on.
