I emailed Marc Boral and this is his opinion on the catalog:
Marc: Yes,I have that catalog and I think it shows bikes from a few different years....from late '70s to '82. Notice that some frames had panto'd seatstay caps and stamped right chainstay, others didn't. I don't know the realease date of that catalog.
Supers did not receive creased/crimped/drawn main tubes, nor did orig. Mexicos, that is what distinguishes a Nuovo Mexico from the orig. Mexico. (end)
Marc is a big collector of Colnagos but is not a member of CR at the moment.
