yup, most likely 50s. theres a duravia and a couple similar bikes (mecadurals, which appear to be the same bike, just with a different finish and a different fork) at the bottom of this page:

as for correct parts, your guess is likely as good as any, but you can likely take your cues from the rest of the bike, and possibly from some of the other period aluminum bikes on the page i linked...
