Yes,
Many Cinelli bars did not have typical engraving near the stem and where just plain. But - all steel Cinelli bars I belive have a model number by the bar end from what I recall. Not typical numbers - look for something like a 14 or a 16 if my brain is working today.

> Hi all
\r?\n> The CR archives helped answer one of my questions, but not the other. I
\r?\n> was wondering about the stem and bars on the Paramount track bike that I
\r?\n> recently acquired and posted a picture of on here yesterday. The original
\r?\n> owner who sold it to me was certain that the stem and bars were Cinelli.
\r?\n> The stem certainly looks like an old chromed Cinelli track stem, but has no
\r?\n> badge or stamp, so initially I thought he must have been mistaken. But
\r?\n> looking through the archives on here, I found out that indeed there were
\r?\n> unstamped Cinelli stems made specifically for Paramounts (not sure why,
\r?\n> though). However, the chromed track bars don't have any logos like you'd
\r?\n> normally see on Cinelli bars. I haven't been able to find anything about
\r?\n> this in the archives. So, does anyone know, were there unstamped Cinelli
\r?\n> track bars?
\r?\n> Thanks!
