Mike,
I heard a long time ago that the Cinelli steel track bars without the
logo on them were made for Schwinn to use on the Paramount treck
bikes. Anyone else ever hear that. I believe it was Dave Staub that
told me that; and he would have known for sure.

Yes,
Many Cinelli bars did not have typical engraving near the stem and
where just plain. But - all steel Cinelli bars I belive have a model
number by the bar end from what I recall. Not typical numbers - look
for something like a 14 or a 16 if my brain is working today.
