I have a mini group of early Dura Ace for sale. Includes complete brakes, shifters, front derailleur seat tube bottom cable guide and drive side stay cable stop, in Dura Ace...The rear derailleur is a regular length cage Shimano Crane. A real bit of eye candy that looks better than photos capture it. Sat for many years as a display in a Penn. bike shop. $550 + shipping.
