I believe that somebody mentioned an impact (with the spokes) problem with his Rally when shifting onto the largest cog. In the new (that I just got back from Joe Bell) Moto, I found that, so, I took the freewheel (8-speed 12-28 Sachs - the quietest freewheel I ever encountered) apart, ground the 2nd largest cog down to a spacer, put it on first - thus keeping my needed 28 - and now I have a wonderful 7-speed and the Rally does not hit the spokes.
