It appears that none of the lugs had much work done on them at all. It's your time, but I say leave them as is. That's the way it was made.

I have a Sears Free Spirit Ted Williams model road bike that is made with DB Reynolds 531 but the lugs are horrendous. No refinement or touch up at all. Just plug the tubes in and braze was the ethic. In fact they look similar to the lugs on your 3 Rensho. I'm certainly not going to waste my time thinning or refining. It is what it is.
