That's a great foto, Aldo! We were still attaching our corks on the bottles that way in the '50's into early '60's a little, and then it was over. We also were taping the cables into the '60's like that also as it cut into our gloves and/or span between thumb and index fingers. Just a little trip down memory lane, interesting how the advancement then really took off starting in the '60's. Aldo's history fotos are invaluable, if you have a keep as-is condition oldie and goodie and enjoy putting on those touches of authenticity. Don't forget your corks for the bar and stem holes, and sometimes taping or securing a piece of fabric or leather on the sharp hex head stem bolts or stem edge for protection.
