I can't speak to the top tube cable guides. I've never seen any like them on a Colnago. Maybe a later addition? Perhaps a repaint and new decals too? I'd not rely on the cable guides or decals to date this frame. Can't be certain they are original.

Based on the info I've read on the CR list over the past few years, I'd say this is 1974 or 1975, possibly. The club cutouts in the fork tangs suggests 1973 or later. Shifter braze-ons became standard in 1974 (options earlier). The Lack of the Colnago name on the fork crown suggests 1975 or earlier.

Admittedly, I'm no expert. But I have been studying this topic recently as I've just bought a similar vintage Colnago which I expect will arrive soon.
