Matt,

There's a place in Ithaca, called The Bike Rack on College Avenue, that was pretty decent "way back when". They still exist, but I haven't been there in about 30 years.

If you're getting up there by flying into the Elmira-Corning airport, or driving up via Route 17, I can recommend a couple of places in Elmira, which is about 30 miles from Ithaca: Kingsbury's Cyclery (on W. Water Street) Geat To Go Tandems (on W. Clinton Street) But to be honest, I haven't been to either of those places in years, either. That's the best I can do :-) Fred Rednor - now in Arlington, Virginia (USA)
