I don't think you could get a frame repainted July even if you mailed it to Joe Bell Tomorrow.

Both of those (on-topic KOF) models are not common on ebay. When they show up, they often have an eclectic mix of parts or weird paint. Schwinn didn't sell many paramounts in the 1980's. They probably sold more paramounts in one year during the bike boom (1972, 1973, or 1974.) Perhaps the $2500 pricetag (wow!) in the early 80's was a hindrance.

If money is not an object maybe a newer cinelli would make you happy, and you might try

In particular, didn't American Cyclery somewhere have a stockpile of somewhat older (90's?) cinelli frames in fun colors, not just ferrari red or china blue.
