So far this year I've gone over my bars from my wheel getting stuck in a crack and last sunday another rider hit me from behind , sending me towards a car at 25mph . No injuries thank god. I sure was happy to have a helmet on bothtimes.

IF your putting in a lot of miles , its really not if you crash , its when.
