Forged dropout are made from mild steel so they can tolerate some bending. Use e.g. a large screwdriver to pry the slot open, an adjustable wrench followed by Campy "H" tools (or equivalent) to properly align the dropout, and a Campy "R" tool (or equivalent) to realign the derailleur tab.

You can expect some work hardening of the dropout from this manipulation but unless it happens repeatedly it shouldn't be an issue. Some chrome cracking may also occur.

Have you filed a claim with UPS?
