... my cat is looking at mine now ... assuming you mean the front one, the left side "bolt head" is completely round to fit flush with left the round lug thing. the right side is a standard screw bolt finish, also on the other side of the round flush side of the lug ... but, there is some sort sort of metal sleeve showing on the right side.
... cat assumes this is the wedge fixture in between.
... i'm not about to pull that, but charlie chan says, "legnano that fly upside down, has seat firmly in place in pants because of wedge thing."
