Hi Crew, This is a 73 to 74 model and it has graphics that were issued with the yellow/orange (Molteni?) colored frames of that period. Nothing unusal and there are a few around. The main difference between this and the other normal color arrangement being the use of basic black instead of yellow/ yellow with black outline on the DT, wreath, chainstay and head tube decals. This is not a Europe/ States decal situation, more of a color combination solution. Notice the Merckx style chainring and also the Merckx style grooved seat post detailed in black. These components were also fitted to the Merckx Colnago Molteni replica of that period but also included a specially grooved Cinelli Stem (anyone got a spare one to sell...please??).This build came directly after the pantografata and although not as desirable as the pantografata, still well up there on collectability and pre mass production build. I do have the repro decals for this on hand. With Colnagos, (and just about any other brand) the more clamp on bits
the better IMHO.
