Back when Mario was building these frames it was possible to order just the frame. This bike may be such a case, since some of the components ar e not the ones listed in the specs. of a complete bike that one might bu y at the time and are a little later than 1975.
Fortunately, in this case the parts (other than the highly coveted parag raphed Confente bits) are not where the value is in this bike. The frame is where the primary interest is. The cool engraved bits are just icing on the cake; as would be the hi-lo hubs in this case.

Did Campagnolo have a Hi-Lo hub in '75? Sounds early to me.
The script brake calipers are most definitely wrong so it looks as thoug h there's been at least a little parts swapping going on on this Confente.
