No... Mostly he cut hair.

The only bikes he ever imported were 6 (Alberto) Masis in about 1975. He took a group of the best riders from the Nassau Wheelman to race in Italy for a month. During that trip they all went to the Vigorelli and ordered bikes. The bikes were labeled Masi.
