sorry, the subject is right the first sentence was wrong.
i need a die for the lockring threads so i can chase them.
I have a phil wood lockring and it is italian threaded. 1.32 x 24, it won't thread on the low flange hubs i have. it threads on the high flange hubs i have just fine.
